The international shipping was very good.But the baby got peach palette can’t be closed completely

I do love everything on the website, except the lip swatches. It seems that everything else on the website has swatches on the arm except for half the lipsticks, which is unfortunate. It is nice to see it on the lips, but it is much preferable, for me at least, to see them on an arm in a lineup along side other shades!

I love colourpop! I havent had any issues when buying and I've loved all products I've gotten. I did have some hiccups when trying to find a foundation color that would actually match me I bought a few different colors to finally find the one as the first reccomend color was way to dark! Today I was trying to use my birthday code with my order for a free super shock eyeshadow and the code was horrible and it was not free. It made my total go up 6 dollars and nothing was added to cart. So I was paying for it and I couldnt even see it. I was bummed and ended up deleting the code on my order and went without. Other than this I've never had any issues with colourpop!

I would love it if the images can be zoom in on your phone or desktop. It is difficult for me to check the color palette of the eyeshadows as I cannot zoom images.

Love colourpop, but the site was having major issues loading properly and was very slow and buggy on my MacBook (Air 2”18, Mac OS X Mojave).

I love how easy it is to navigate the colourpop website. This is my first purchase from colourpop and I'm super excited to try it out! But I'm in Canada so the dollar conversion is unfortunate and $10 shipping to your neighbors is too much in my opinion. But that's my only complaint. Thanks!

While it's a wonderful and diverse it sometimes seems repeated, pallets can be made from old colors introduced as a whole new product. It's currently releasing an overwhelming amount of new products which is nice, however, can be economically exhausting. Their prices are low and affordable but add up quickly and they don't have a lot of sales to combat it. Shipping is also very fast but, the processing time takes a good week before they are shipped which is very long. It's faster to buy the products at ulta then wait forever of given the chance.

I had a fast and easy check out but wish when I signed up for the news letter my 10% off came right then so I could use it on my purchase... it wasn’t in my spam or promotional folder either. I will still use the code for my next purchase. I still haven’t received it while I’m writing this review.
