Placed an order in April and still haven’t received it.

It’s been over a month and I still don’t have the things I ordered

I placed an order two months ago and nothing. It's honeslty getting ridiculous at this point. I have ordered from them once before but this time I'm reaching my limit. The worst part is that I've contacted them and they always tell me "it's just missing a scan". Well my tracking hasn't updated in over two weeks and I don't know where the hell my package is. I will never buy from Colourpop again. The way they treat their European customers is disgusting.

Placed an order almost 2 months ago and have no idea what's going on. Or if or when I'll get my order. Very disappointed as this is my first time ordering from colourpop

Honestly I am very disappointed. I ordered from Colourpop since I saw good reviews on their products. It's been something around 6 weeks and I did not receive any email about my order. So I started looking up information online and I found out many people living in Europe had problems(did not receive they order and neither the money back) with receiving their orders since it is not allowed by the European union to ship makeup products from Colourpop to Europe. I am worried I will not receive my order.

I had to cancel my order as it was taking too long to get to me due to covid-19.

2 months from my purchase and i still haven't gotten my order never again will i buy from you guys!

I'm upset!!!!! I NEVER got my order! I messaged about it and still nothing but u guys took my money!!!!! Like man where is my makeup sadly I wish I could give this a ZERO review for never getting my makeup and also being ripped off💔 by a place I was so happy to order from.
