Great quality, one shade in palette (Baby Got Peach) came broken

International customer here, and its been mostly a great experience with cp, apart from the fact that the shades depicted on the site sometimes may not be true to shade. This really discourages me and the rest of my friends from buying the foundation and concealer! Also, shipping speeds vary so differently i dont know what to expect. I once ordered two different parcels on the very same day and one arrived almost three weeks after the other. However, i do think that cp has done a great job at attracting an international fanbase due to affordable prices and a comprehensive website interface :) thanks colourpop! <3

I don't like how you can't use a brush for super shock shadows and always have to use your finger. Very hard when you want to use it in a small space or as a fine line. Otherwise I love how pigmented all the shadow products are.

Colourpop is a great website to buy makeup that isn’t so expensive. It is sold for the right price at a good size of product. Never raise your prices!!

I've never had any problems ordering from Colourpop though I feel like the website lately has become not as good as before like all the swatches are gone and the clarity of the pictures on the website has gone down significantly. Please fix this, I'm sure a lot of customers will be so appreciative of this change.
