I love a lot of Colourpop's products and prices. I really wish they allowed returns or exchanges, at least to a limit. It's really hard to find the correct complexion color online and at times it has discouraged me from shopping with them. Additionally, more swatch examples of all products would be ideal. I've noticed that for years they are inconsistent with having swatches for their products which makes it much harder to shop online.

I absolutely loved the 4 palettes that I bought. There were several shades that were broken and I had to repress them. They seem to be ok. I just ordered 4 more palettes. Hoping that none of them are broken! Love the pigment in Colourpop Palettes!!

My items arrived sooner than I expected, and it was easier to track my items on this order. Unfortunately, one of the brushes I ordered arrived slightly damaged (I ordered the "Mad About Hue" brush set). The bristles on one brush were crushed a bit by the packaging (a plastic sleeve and the lid of the little box the set comes in). Hopefully I can fix this by wetting and re-shaping the bristles.

Easy to shop and I appreciate that sending to Canada I don't have to worry about customs fees. There are a few shades that I would are missing pictures of swatches. As someone who doesn't have access to physical product in stores I would appreciate more visual info on site.
