Unhappy
I ordered in the begging of March, before lock down and yet still haven’t received my order. I got an email from them 4/21/20 saying they were going to start shipping.. well it’s 5/14/20. I want a refund. Pandemic or not, I ordered off of 4 other websites and got all my items in a timely fashion.

Over a month and no product delivered.
I know there is a pandemic, and companies have to be careful. I ordered my product over a month ago. Then according to my tracking information it hasn’t even shipped yet so I’m a little confused and frustrated. If I’m not going to receive what I bought then I should get a refund.
