Great products, terrible customer service! They have no problem taking your money and then sending you a partial order. I paid for a Hocus Pocus Bundle; on my invoice I noticed they only included two items out of the three. I contacted them and they told me sorry it was out of stock but we will send it. Oct. 22 was when it was heading to DHL, it is now November 10 with no updates. At this point I am going to file a complaint with FTC, it is absolute fraud. I recommend those who have been cheated to do the same.

I love colour pop cosmetics but every time I order online, my order has something missing and I have to email them and start a claim. I will only be buying from them in stores from now on.

They take too long sometimes to ship my items.

Poor shipping and poor communication. 10 day wait for them to process and send items. Products good but not worth the money or time.

Was so excited to get my eye shadow pallette but was so disappointed when I went to try it. The shadows take a few layers to get really pigmented and they are not very blendable.

Your freight company is so slow that I haven’t received my package.:(

Honestly I like the colors of the palette but it’s a lot smaller than what I pictured. I thought there would be bigger sizes and I know I’ve gotten other products that are the same size for less money. I’m slightly disappointed but the pigments are great

Delivery issues had the item get to me way later than I planned for Spooky Season. While I did reach out to Customer Service some of the replies were redundant.
