I put in a big order exceeding $200 given the advice and recommendations of YouTube promoters. Out of 29 items I ordered, only 1 was described as advertised! Out of 20 eye shadows I ordered, 4 were completely unusable as they had completely caked over, becoming too clumpy for any type of application or use. The other 16 eye shadows comprised of variety of colours and hues, I was unable to do anything with any of them as none had any pigment and therefore no differentiation of colour irrespective of whether it was a purple, green, blue or brown shadow. They all looked like a cloudy faint brown colour on my skin no matter which one I used. Out of the 6 lipsticks I ordered, 5 had no resemblance to what was shown on your website. They were all MUCH DARKER rendering them all useless for my use. only ONE somewhat resembled the colour on the website. I had been looking for small-sized eye brushes and so I ordered 3 of their eye brushes all identified as “small” eye brushes. The brushes I received were larger than my entire eye which was impossible and way too big to do anything with making them useless for my needs! To make this a very bad experience, I tried to contact them to see if I could exchange or return the products, I found out that there is no way of doing that as they have listed NO CONTACT INFO on their website and their site states there is no satisfaction guarantee for even faulty products!!! I have never seen a website take people’s money, give them faulty and misleadingly claimed products and not even have a feedback mechanism for their paying customers. This is scammy and very unprofessional! They obviously don’t give a crap about having satisfied nor returning customers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAMMY MERCHANT. They will promise you the moon, give you something you never wanted or ordered and you then you will have no way of contacting them as they remain hidden behind their scammy claims. This is a great place to lose all your money and be lied to.
