Haven't received my item yet, ( just ordered for a Christmas gift ) but I love all the products and my item is on its way! my only wish it was in Canadian dollars because duty and conversion is a bit pricey.

Super convenient and fast check out procedure!

I absolutely love colourpop. I love the quality and i love the prices. Possibly my favourite makeup brand. The site was easy to use and payment etc was a breeze. However.... in the pictures of suggested looks worn by people wearing colourpop items, its shows items that no longer exist. I clicked on 3 items that interested me which lead to a page that no longer exists. And similarly, i had saved a photo of a lipstick from a couple months ago, that also no longer exists according to the site's search bar. So many items just get discontinued with no warning and its heartbreaking when you cant find an alternative. Possible suggestion... have a page dedicated to items on their way out.. or bring some back as "throwback section" There was a butterfly collection of some sort years ago and i missed out and would love to see it come back.

I really love the quality of their products and their prices. Although they have raised prices recently, I can't really complain too much since it's still really cheap. My favorite CP products are the Super shock highlighters and eyeshadows, their lip crayons, and eyeshadow palettes. The only thing that kinda sucks is that they're online only so it's hard for me to find my shade of foundation and concealer (I've already used all their tools for shade matching). I'm pretty excited to try their tinted moisturizer though! Hopefully all of their foundations and concealers will be available at Ulta so I can finally find my right shade. Also, for their foundation and concealer pictures, I appreciate that they have lots of pictures on people of different skin tones to help make it a little easier to guess our shades but I don't like how there's no consistency to the pictures. Some pictures are taken in different lightings or some look like they're using an Instagram filter which doesn't really help see the product on the model.

The quality check is not as good as it used to be. Nowadays I am frequently receiving pot shadows/highlighters, which shrank and falling off the metal pan, and am not even surprised anymore.

I really enjoy the products, innovation, and selection from Colourpop. The only reason I’m knocking off a star is due to all three of my previous orders having mistakes, typically one or more items I order will be missing. Customer service can’t do too much to remedy this, once I received a refund, another time a replacement, a third a coupon (which was a terrible solution, unlike the previous two, but I digress!). Colourpop is a solid and wonderful place to shop from, with an organized site good for mobile and computer based browsing. The staff seem to get overwhelmed in the sales and often make mistakes. They are sweet however and well meaning. Overall I recommend this company and it’s products.

Colourpop is my go-to for makeup based on variety, quality, and price. I will say that sometimes product quality is inconsistent but the price somewhat makes up for it. I wish there were more coupons or I would be shopping more.
