Still waiting on my order so it's hard to rate it

Placed my order on April 1. Haven’t not received my order.

No product - no refund or shipping details received. Ordered for my daughter very disappointed.

My order was never fulfilled due to Covid19 but there was no communication.

i didn’t like this time period to order and i’ve been trying to get a refund but they keep stalling with other emails because i could be getting another purchase that will actually come instead of one acting up

I placed an order in March and I understand that with the pandemic everything was shut down. However, Colorpop started shipping out merchandise again a week ago and I have still not received an update on my order and now half the things in my order are out of stock. Super disappointing.

You guys are taking forever to send out your products when other companies have sent theirs out during this time frame!!!!

Never got my order, nor an update on the order. My order was placed on 4/1–it is now 5/14 and I was charged on 4/1.
