Love my Colourpop
Love my Colourpop. There was a bundle for brows, a pencil & gel $10 but it was cheaper to buy them separately. Otherwise yay on my parcel arriving.

Amazing but should be 100% vegan
Colourpop has so many amazing products, and all at a good price. I especially love the monochrome eyeshadow palettes. 😍 They would be my favourite makeup brand if 100% of their products were vegan like Lime Crime.

Great products, needs international pricing
Love the products and the prices are great. I wish that there was a lower threshold for free shipping to Canada. Or that it was free shipping with $50 CAD instead of USD. Shipping also tends to take a week even to leave to warehouse. But I love the products and the company so I will continue to be a repeat customer

I love everything about colourpop
I love everything about colourpop, BUT I don't like that you can't cancel an order in the event that I changed my mind or forgot to add or remove and item. Other then that.... Colourpop is amazing!!!!!

Please show everything you have for sale
Sometimes it’s hard to find the items in the category you’re searching in for e,g if I look under super shock what’s comes up is very limited in order for to find what I’m looking for I need to search by specific name of colors I’ve ordered in the past .... I think if I’m searching in a specific category everything for sale in that category should come up... it’s bad for you cuz if I don’t see or can’t remember name of color you missed out on a sale

Honestly
Honestly, the overall shopping experience is wonderful! Their website is easy to use and oh so pretty. The only negative I have is the order fulfillment process. It always takes FOREVER. Colourpop is known for its constant innovation but innovation comes at a cost. The cost is in fulfilling its orders in a proper amount of time. I always feel like I’m waiting WEEKS for products I’ve ordered. I wish Ulta carried more of their products so I was able to purchase more in store. Heck, I’d pick it up from the headquarters if I could. I live less than a mile from Colourpop HQ.
