I really love Colourpop because their products are affordable yet it has good quality. However, shipping process takes too long.

I love the new products but I wish it were cheaper

The website is well made and clear. But I ordered on Thursday, and it has been a week, and they did not even ship the order.

Got my products today. They arrived so quickly (I live in Ireland). I ordered among other things the "Baby got Peach" eyeshadow palette. The packaging is very cute and the colours are exactly what I was looking for. I'd never seen this in person as I don't believe Irish details stock this brand, so I was a little anxious. My anxiety was unfounded, products look like they are shown in the website. The formula seems good, creamy shadows. The eyeliner is the perfect colour and so smooth. Can't wait to play with them a little more.

Easy to navigate site. Nice selection of items offered at reasonable prices. Love the product demos. I always end up buying more than I intended whenever there is a sale because of the savings. Absolutely best eyebrow pencils EVER!

Great make up, great value, only let down is the time taken to send out orders, my last order took most of a month due to newer products being a shipping priority, the item when i got it is actually not a great quality as it is very patchy compared to other palettes I have bought from them in the past.

I love this product, I got it as a gift from a friend and I’m in love.
