Lo único es que una sombra llegó un poco dañada, pero pienso que es por la naturaleza de la sombra.

The product arrived in perfect condition and matched perfectly to the pictures. I had no issues with shopping and delivery, I was also happy with the packaging. Only improvement would be to limit single use plastics and look at other alternatives

Colourpop is one of the best makeup brands in terms of quality consistency, product variety and web navigation. One of the things i like the most is that they use swatches and looks from influencers and reviewers, so the colors usually compares better to reality than a studio photo. On the other hand, for us who don't live in the US is only affordable when there is a free shipping offer, so maybe they could create a loyalty reward system or something that help us buying from abroad.

4 stars... because they take a lot of time to restock many many of their products. The create your palette option is a total failure because of the same reason. Also their collections suddenly disappear (like the Halloween ones). I asked them once to help me know where my package was and basically just told me that they didn't know, I don't think they even tried. Another problem is that some products don't have reference pictures, like with the stick foundation, they had only a picture of the product and none of you know, people showing the shades on real skin; same with the skin tint, A LOT of lipsticks and some eye palettes. More than anything what makes me mad is the restocking issue, feels it's like that on purpose tbh.

I gave the company 4 stars because there’s always room for improvement. My only gripe I think that I have with Colourpop is their lack of refund or return policy. There are so many affordable stores with make up and the fact that they don’t offer refunds or returns is not a good policy to have. Especially when you can only purchase online and Ulta. Now Ukta stores do not always have the products that you’re looking for. There have been times that I saw the product at Ulta stores and it did not look the same as online. Especially colors and sizes. I have had issues and had to argue my point with them and after multiple back and forth emails, I received a replacement. One was a powder that was damaged. And the other was a price matching issue. I had placed an order the day before for a build your own palette feature that they had. The next morning they had them on sale. I was shocked! So I emailed them. The girl who helped me was not very nice. She made me cancel and “did me a favor” by canceling my order so I ended up without certain colors that at that point were sold out. I had to pick other colors and build my palette again which is time consuming. Even Walmart does price adjustments. Not everything on their website is completely “affordable”. Are they less than other brands, yes. But brands like Essence has great quality products that are more affordable and they don’t have this policy.

Great products and love the cost! I wish there were faster shipping options.

Affordable products. Awesome variation of choices. All of the concealer, eyeshadows, hippie pencils, hippie sticks, highlighters, and others that I have personally tried over the years since 2016 have been great. I did not give a full 5 starts mostly because of a recent experience with the packaging. I do think the concelear application wands could be improved since they are super finicky and break easily.
