Colors were not as described

I’ve bought 3 different lip colors that have all been lighter than they seemed to look online. I’ll probably give them away because they are too pale for my complexion and preference.

Over all the products that I have received are amazing. However, my first order was missing an eyeshadow pallet. I emailed customer service 2 times and left a message in the reviews and I still haven't heard from them, nor have I received my item that I paid for.

Blush purchased (born to blush) arrived in a scratched case. The blushes appeared to be swatched too! Quality of lipstick (21 questions) was mediocre too! The packaging feels light & cheap & the lipstick is not smooth to twist out.

I really wanted to love this order as I adore the cruelty-free aspect and the products looks super cute. Sadly, I regret my purchase and won’t buy from them again. Firstly, the delivery time was poor - it was 4 or 5 days before they even despatched it, then the courier held it at a depot for days before sending it on, and didn’t update the tracking info. It was 3-4wks before I received my delivery. When I did get it, I was disappointed by some of the products. The biggest disappointment was the mascara - it was literally the worst mascara I’ve ever worn - the reason? It was so dry I don’t think much actually got on to my eyelashes. If it wasn’t brand new I’d have thought it was an old, used up, desiccated mascara. The freckle pen was underwhelming and I don’t think I’ll be using it - it felt quite dry and scratchy on my skin, and the depositing of ink on my skin was inconsistent. The lipstick was fine; as hoped (the flavour was a bit much for me but I didn’t buy it to eat it). The eye shadows were ok. The blush stick felt like it could have been a bit more juicy in order to smush it around my cheeks easier, but it is fine if you make sure you have just moisturised before using. I did like the package - it was cute, and well packaged.

They come out with to many things. The shimmers need a better formula

The liners i received were broken but i didnt notice until 2 weeks after i made my purchase, when i try to exchange them or get a refund it says i cant even though i was not able to get to my package until 2 weeks later... Super unfair as i thought i had 30 days. This was a collection item so it came like this when purchased.
