The products are great but it's not worth the wait. Your shipping is ridiculous. It takes almost a whole month to show up! I won't buy from you again because of it

Product was good but one of the eyeshadows was broken so I tried to contact colourpop with no response

I bought the gel eyeliner bundle, the eyeliner is really pigmented and wears for a reasonably long time. But they only get 2 stars because they are brittle and crumbly. I have drugstore brands that hold up better. I won’t buy them again because half the product gets thrown away when the eyeliner breaks off in little chunks….I am gentle with my eyeliner too. I can’t justify buying something when I will only get to use 30% of the product.

Took an entire month for my last purchase to ship. I understand it taking a little long, and shipments from here always do, but a month is just too long. Added insult to injury when one of the items, that I waited over a month for, arrived damaged. Not worth the effort of contacting customer service over. Just not sure how often I'll be shopping on here from now on.
