I really want my order before my birthday and it sucks that you guys said youd start shipping bc california did whatever they did but my order hasnt shipped yet and it's really upsetting

I ordered makeup at the beginning of March and it is now the middle of May and I still have not received my order.

I never received my order.

Ordered 4-5. Nothing received

Ordered these pallets back in March and I still have no idea when they’ll be shipped let alone make their way to my apartment. I understand that things are slower now to ensure everyone’s safety but a window for when they should come would be nice. I don’t know if I should report my package as missing or if this is normal and that’s truly the predicament here; I don’t know IF I’ll get my package.
