I like the variety of options. Wish there were more all cool toned palettes and that the shipping was faster - reason for dropping a star.

The colours were not quite as shown online and more shimmer than expected.

It would be good if there was an option to set the prices to a certain currency so I wouldn’t have to keep on googling the currency conversion

I like their products. I just really dislike the usage of the press glitters. They can cause harm to your eye. Also, i am not a fan of how long it takes for a product to be shipped. I was going to pay for expedited shipping etc but it was $19 to NYC. Its an affordable company but they collabs all the time, which is great but the collabs rarely go on sale.

Amazing products for reasonable prices. My most important reason for loving this company is their cruelty-free stance. If it ever changes, in the slightest, including “trial” testing in China, I’d be so disappointed (I’m actually not very happy when the company teams with Benefit who doesn’t have the same stance). The reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the inability to combine coupon/sale codes. I understand there are people who would take advantage of this but there also people, like me, who would end up spending more at a time too.

Finding everything is super easy and there are a lot of payment methods which I like however, I just wish that they had an option to change the currency when browsing. Being able to see the products in my own home currency would make deciding what to buy so much easier and quicker

It is great, but here in Perú we have a lot of trouble getting more than 4 makeup deliveries per year. So it would be great if you did not used serpost to deliver to us! Thanks
