Ordered in March still haven’t received my order!!!!

Very disappointed, as it has been over a month and a half and I have yet to receive my order. I can’t figure out how I can’t get shipping updates, even though i got an email saying my order was confirmed. I don’t plan on ordering from here again anytime soon:(

I want my order

I ordered my makeup around 5 weeks ago, only received one reply saying they are getting ready to ship soon. I replied right away saying I would like to cancel the order, received no reply nor any notification from the website. I understand this is a difficult time, but take a look at other companies: at least they're keeping their consumers updated. There is no excuse for terrible service like this as Colourpop is not a startup or small company. I'm incredibly disappointed and I will never purchase from the official website ever again.

I ordered 2 eye shadow palettes 1.5 months ago and they still aren’t here

I have not received my order or any updates regarding when I will receive my order which was placed over a month and a half ago.

I ordered from them months ago, and they haven’t even shipped my order yet due to COVID-19. I understand that. But then they’re going to send me an email asking me to review my recent order?? I haven’t received my order. I get spam emails from this company almost daily asking me to buy more things that I guess they have no intention of shipping in the near future based on my experience with them. I’m not really sure how I could give them any stars based on this. Maybe hold off on asking me to buy more stuff until after you attempt to ship me the stuff I’ve already bought. It’s just really annoying and tasteless to me.

I still haven’t received it... so, I can’t review it
