Colourpop has made it impossible to speak to an actual person. Colourpop has made it impossible to receive any kind of assurance I will get my order. And now after over a month of waiting for my order, Colourpop has not even been able to guarantee I will get a refund! I get the world is in crisis right now. There is more to life than makeup. As a company don’t continue to offer goods you can’t deliver on!

I understand that I ordered my package before this pandemic and then the this happened, but I have been updated very little on my package and I am worried that I might not get it at all. I do not think that Colourpop is a bad company but I am just worried.
