Because I bought an eye shadow a month ago, you failed to deliver the goods for me, could not deliver goods, and did not communicate with me, expressing disappointment. If there are any questions, please contact me by email. I don't want a refund. I want eye shadow. If you don't deliver goods to me or communicate with me, you will cheat the consumers!
