Needs a mirror

I love their products! I haven’t buy anything that I didn’t like.. But it takes forever to ship and to receive. I feel like they need a more efficient shipment process. I hope this time is different!

When we contact you regarding an order that arrived in pieces, you should make a partial or full refund even if the mailing address is a mail forwarding address and especially when we spend thousands on you site.

I have been following and using colourpop since its humble beginnings and have always been impressed with the products! I always feel like there is room to improve but the products are affordable and super cute

I am ordering from canada. However, the checkout part of the order is still on US dollars. It would be helpful if it was converted automatically. Also, a complete breakdown of my payment would be nice. Overall, the website is great and ordering is easy.

Good selection, but the shopping cart options should be more user-friendly to save, click, and adjust easier on all pages.
