Ordered April 7th
Ordered April 7th, it is almost June and I have not heard anything about my shipment. I understand the pandemic but at least send updates. Why has your shipping facility been closed for three months?

Disappointed on the false advertising…
Disappointed on the false advertising and my waste of money. I love their products, but I felt robbed when I made a purchase more than a month ago and nowhere in the website did it say that their shipping center was not operating. I found oyt after I spent my money via email that people were able to make purchases but they would not be shipped. That is something that should have been advertised on the home page pf the website. So disappointed. I know they’re not operating due to the COVID-19 crisis, and I really hope they are taking care of their employees, but to hide something like that and that sketchy behavior is unacceptable. I wish they’d have been upfront about them not shipping orders, why even process them if they can’t fulfill them.
