Lots of options and great quality products for affordable prices

I truly wanted to give you 5 stars bc I love the quality of the products. The colors are great and they don’t budge. The only bad thing was that a couple of the lipsticks were not filled properly. Some of them only being half full

I was able to easily search through products to find specifically what I was looking for. Whether that was a specific color family or item name. The only reason o didnt give 5 stars was because alot of the blushes I was looking at and some shadows were not swatched which makes shade selection difficult.

Honestly I feel like the processing time has gotten way slower in the last 8 months or so. I used to have my items in a couple days and now it takes a week and a half. With the age of Amazon prime I'm surprised it's gotten slower.

My package got sent back to Colourpop because of a mistake I made on my account. To make things easier, I think they should have sent the one I had already bought instead of having me reorder it and then proceeding to charge me 4 extra dollars for the exact same product. I ordered it on a separate account and received it today. The product is great though so I'd give it 4 stars.

I think your site is great but I wish you would offer canadian prices as well for products. As a canadian resident it can be deceiving when I look at the inexpensive US price and see the conversion when I get my bill.
