Amazing products. A bit slow to arrive but that could be put down to distance.

The website is great, and the shipment arrived without any problems. The only thing I think they could improve is in the swatches of the products, because they are not very accurate.

I like everything a Lot, all products are amazing. But it took so long to get them and they came damaged.

Taxes and shipping are very expensive to the UK otherwise I would purchase very regularly from them. Products are super and a great price until you get to the checkout.

It would be very helpful to have an alternative to track packages in real time.

Huge range of colour options in eye shadow, blush and lip products. So many beautiful shades! My only complaint is some of the individual eye shadows I purchased had fallout, or uneven pigment.

Products are great, and I love them so much. However, I got a double charge and I had to contact customer service to fix it. :/

Everything is so cute! Eyeshadows were a bit dusty and chalky but very pigmented and easy to work around.
