The shipping is the worst. My only complaint.

Shipping takes to long. Increased prices

It was so frustrating not being able to track my order or getting a number where I could talk to someone to ease my anxiety caused by not knowing the whereabouts of my package. I'm glad it got here in the end, but oh man did I suffer in the process :(

My only complaint is that it didn’t come in a case I got the hole collection I expected it to come in a nice box beautifully displayed. I was disappointed it was just through into a shipping box my opinion is if you get the hole collection it should be in a proper themed box.

Shipping takes time, my order is still not here it’s more than a week and counting. Palettes are mostly in nude colors or brown/tan shades. The ig stories “this or that” is getting boring. I like the collabs though, the products’ quality is still top of the line with cheaper price which is a plus.

I love their brow pencils and I usually buy multiple cause they are usually sold out in my shade, but with my recent order I received one of my brow pencils and the pencil didn’t have anything in it. They should do quality checks, cause they scammed me.

I cant make a full opinion, because I haven’t recive the products yet… the company who distribuid the packagage its take long time to deliver. It would be great if DHL delivery the products from the origin til the end .(im from Chile and correos de Chile have a terrible service)

Many colors did not come out like they did on the site on many of the colors bought this time around. The individual colors were broken. Still usable. Just not great pigment for me on this go round
