The package never arrive

I still have not received my product so I have nothing to review and it's so disappointing as it was for my daughter for Christmas. I had to save 3 months for this gift.

I received a package that took over three weeks to come (that’s fine, I live in Australia) however, a third of the contents were missing. These were intended to be gifts so it has left me a bit screwed. Talked to customer service and they’re sending out the missing products (won’t arrive until long after Christmas so I don’t need them anymore) but one product they are sold out of. Instead of giving me a refund, they issued me a code for $8.40. Basically to get my money back, I’ll have to either spend enough to get free shipping, or spend extra money to use the $8.40. Not impressed as this was their mistake and will never order again.

Ordered for a Christmas gift. They stated 5-7 business days which should have been Dec 22-23 but as of todays date I was just told it will be another 7 days. They hadn’t even shipped my order out yet & it’s only a few days before our gift exchange. Needless to say they are unreliable!!! If needing the purchase in a timely manner find it in a store but DON’T order online! Now I have no gift & don’t have the refunded money back yet to repurchase makeup for her. I will NEVER order from them again

I reached out to let Colourpop know I was not happy with the purchase I made. I was told they were "sorry" but there wasn't anything that could be done and directed me to read the refund and return policy.

Long shipping time, customer service is a joke, even though the products are good quality for a great price, it’s just not worth ordering from Colorpop any more.
