I received my shipment and two of the products were damaged from the travel. I reached out to customer service and they sent a replacement for the eyeliner - I realized an eyeshadow pallet was also damaged (I was giving this as a Christmas present). They said they were adding this to the replacement as well- however I never received the pallet and had to give the damaged one as a present :( I tried reaching out again and never heard back . I don’t think the mail issue was Colourpops fault and I realize it’s a busy season, I’m just disappointed in the lack of follow up. The quality of the makeup is great though , I do love the products I got and I’m glad they replaced my broken liner . I bought the freckle pen on a whim and it’s actually one of my faves !

One of the items I ordered came in wrong. I didn't realize it and wrapped everything. My daughter opened her gift Christmas day to discover the wrong lip mask. I reached out via their contact us form Christmas Morning and haven't heard anything back. Partly my fault as I counted all the items and compared the packing slip to my online order and it all matched up. You should do better at getting customers the right products and responding to them even if you can't help a response stating so should be sent.

The deal was awesome and I wanted these palettes for a long time. I almost purchased all of the lilac/violet shade eyepalettes, but either of them matched my expectations so getting these 2 on sale seemed a good idea. The pigmentation is wonderful but it's nearly impossible to blend.

Product came damaged

I ordered the mystery box and a couple of extra pallets. 2 of the shadow pallets had a pan that had the shadow cracked and broke and the highlighter in the face pallet was broken as well

one of my products wouldn’t roll up making it unusable… the brow gel was also dried up and bubbly

It’s kind of a cheap site. Sometimes the makeup smells weird depending on the product.

I am very happy with the lippie stix and the oat milk lotion, but their lengthening mascara is the worst I have ever used, very clumpy and thick, just a horrible product.
