It took almost a full month to get a response back when I had broken products.. Not even exaggerating.. I had to send multiple emails.

While I usually love Colourpop and think their prices are fair and their makeup is decent quality, I was quite disappointed with my last order. My order arrived and was missing a few items which was very frustrating, and one of the eyeshadow palettes was busted up and the eyeshadows were all crumbled & not packed in as they should be. The items arrived well packaged & bubble wrapped and since the other pallettes were fine I can only assume it came from their factory this way. They did send the missing pallettes after I reached out but the overall situation was disappointing.

☹️i love colourpop, but my shipment was so extremely delayed. I ordered a bunch of paletes as gifts for my travel but the order obviously didn’t make it in time as it took 13+ days just to be shipped .. now i’m left with extra palettes that will come later and no gifts for my family

Ok, so the 1st part is not color pop faut, but the parcel was delivered to another address in the neigborhood, fortunatly with social média i was able to gat my package back but around 2 week later... But what went wrong is that after all of that, I received so eone else order i steak of the product i purchase that is a christmas gift for my daughter. A colorfull palette... if the someone else orthwr would have been something similar i would have maybe not ask for exchange but its a black smoke palette...and its not what my 8y.o daughter is expecting...and...im still waiting for the support return to my email about all of this

I was expecting the eyeshadow to come in a container instead it came in a small cardboard insert not sure what I’m supposed to do with this. I’m probably going to throw it in the garbage. Not user friendly!

Bought an eye shadow palette on sale and next day a deeper discount and no way to get a refund or cancel to reorder at the better price. Scammed by being baited. If I had known would have significantly saved. Either give the full discount or don't give one at all, playing a numbers game is not good business.

The answer was polite - but unfortunately the problem (that the shipment was not released by customs due to incomplete shipping documents) has not yet been remedied. Instead, I was referred to the post office for the time being - but I hope that gets sorted out since I've already paid.

Until recently I had always loved ColourPop. Unfortunately they had Halloween themed boo bag that ended up not having a SINGLE Halloween themed item in it. It was not just me, everyone who purchased this was disappointed. I will never shop ColourPop again after this blatant false advertisement.
