Please reduce your international shipping cost, it makes the order a lot more expensive especially when paying in Australian dollars.

Beautiful stuff and wonderfull quality! I'm buying from a recommendation from my friend. The products are apsolutelly worth the money! The only issue I have to say...is the shipping. It took around two months to get here...really sorry about that.

Nice website. Easy to navigate. Prices outstanding! Only complaint I was unable to zoom products! Found it difficult to really see and read the eyeshadow colors...but I am older, so maybe it's just me.

Took me a few tries for it to accept my card but other than that smooth purchase and now a highly anticipated wait. However only complaint I would give is the website is in dollars and that confuses me a bit when I am trying to pay in pounds. A improvement on the website would be to have a change the currency tab but other than that brilliant!!

I LOVE your products. But sometimes the quality control isn’t that great. I’ve had eyeshadows breaking, the powder cracking when I receive my packages. For eyeshadows that I buy, sometimes there isn’t a padding in between the packaging, so the colours may smudge/ crack during shipping. I hope Colorpop can decrease the minimum spending for free international shipping. As I do not want to over buy items, but $50 each time is a huge amount. If $30 for free international shipping, I think it is reasonable enough. $50 is sometimes really difficult because I have to find friends to purchase together and usually it’s small amounts. I love the smell of lip gloss it smells like chocolate which is nice. Very value for money!

This is a gift. The palette is beautiful, I know that my daughter will love all the gorgeous fall colors. My only apprehension is, that most of the boxes for each individual item, were slightly dented, squished, and permanently “popped open” which makes it far less attractive to give as a gift. I’m not sure where the disconnect is, since everything was wrapped in bubble-wrap, and the overall exterior package looked adequate. Perhaps it’s a warehouse or handling issue? I gave 4 stars as a result.

My package came faster than I expected and my product came in perfect condition! Very impressed!

I love colourpop! I think they are Affordable and great quality. I have only encountered two misfortunes with product being broken. Other than that they are super amazing and have been using them since 2014!
