Not enough communication around order
I understand the delay around COVID. I never received and email when I ordered / there was no verbiage when ordering that they were closed and not shipping. I ordered within 2 weeks of the shut down, they have now been open for 2 weeks and I still haven’t received a ship date

I waited for forever for my order…
I waited for forever for my order to ship. So I went back after 4 weeks of waiting and refunded my purchase. I was super excited for this order but ended up very disappointed.
