I bought the So Jaded palette, which is beautiful! My first "real" palette and it was so worth it. And I also bought the Lilac You A Lot palette too. This is why I give 4 instead of 5 stars. For as pretty as the Lilac palette is, the color payoff isn't as great as I expected or wanted it to be! But nonetheless, I'm still finding ways to incorporate it into my routines. Thanks Colourpop for making it easy on me by offering Afterpay! Huge plus for me 💜

I love ColourPop and their products. It’s why I come back so often and repurchase my faves (their brow pencil, for instance, my gosh!) However, I’d really like for ColourPop to have different website setup that advertised the products in a different currency. I live in Australian and it’s a bit annoying having to work out what the USD total will be in AUD currency. It would make the entire process so much easier and more realistic!

I used the discount code Rose in building my shopping cart earlier today and it was giving me a discount of 15% but now tonight when I went to purchase the items that were in my cart it only gave me 10% with that same Discount code.

I would have given 5 stars but my order got decline in multiple attempts and did take a few to many emails to you guys in my opinion but you guys end up helping me out with the situation in the end and for that I think you guys deserve a solid 4 stars!

The site was easy to navigate around and products were easy to find. I like how most products have photos of it being worn on different skin colors - but hope that ALL products will have that (noticed some did not have those photos). Additionally, the lipsticks have a color palette in circles, but when I tried to click them, it did not bring me to the lipstick color so I had to open many lipstick links to check if it was the color I wanted.

I love Colourpop so much! I've been a big fan since they first launched their brand. My only critique right now is some of my orders have taken longer to process and ship but given the fact how much they've grown, it's understandable. They always have amazing launches, they take in to consideration what the consumer wants or asks for with their launches. They are just amazing all the way around! I tend to spend most of my money with them rather than Sephora these days lol. You just can't beat the quality and the price! 💜💜💜
