Free shipping takes a while, but items are always packed with care and arrive undamaged. Quality is more than favorable given the low price, and the amount of thought put into product design is apparent.

The process is very easy, checkout too. My only problem was that I made a purchase before without making an account and didn't get an email confirmation. The format they have for you to file issues is so simple, easy and clear. I love it. Customer service is on point too, they helped me as soon a they could (Monday) and now I'm just waiting for the package. Totally recommend!!!

The products I got we're very high quality and I love the colors. The only reason I can't give a full 5 starts is some of the color pots on my So Jaded pallet were cracked but I attribute that to shipping

The makeup is great quality for small prices! Love it! I gave 4 stars because of shipping. I feel like I wait about a week at the least to get my order. Other than that, excellent!

I can't say much about the quality of product, as this is my first purchase. The ease of the website was great. The prices are sssooo incredibly affordable. I have heard so many great things about colourpop makeup and they is way I finnaly made my purchase. Not to mention that I needed the zodiac pallet in my life.
