There was no information on the website…
There was no information on the website that you weren’t fulfilling orders. I completely understand the extra measures with Covid but notifications after the order was purchased were a little upsetting

This is my first time ordering and unfortunately it hasn't been a good experience. I know there's alot going on now but my order has not even shipped yet.its been going on 3 months. Wish it had been a better experience.

No integrity
I placed an order in April 10th. There was no way on the website I could cancel the order. When I called customer service nobody answered. Even after the company was allowed to reopen and ship orders, I have yet to receive mine as of 5/21/2020. Products may be great but where’s the integrity in the business process?
