I ordered 2 pallets for my daughters…
I ordered 2 pallets for my daughters 16th birthday and stated they was in stock ! But due to the situation I knew there would be a delay . But I went on to track my order to find these was now out of stock and was not informed. I have sent numerous emails and I’m still none the wiser . So disappointed and have 1 disappointed daughter!

Shipping and Bad Customer Service
While there was a small COVID19 information button, it said no where on the main pages or as I was adding things to a cart that you were not shipping. When I emailed to cancel my order, you were rude.
