Not a very smooth formula. Dries out quickly.

The eyeshadow pallet has great colors but it’s not pressed enough. The powder comes off so easily the actual pallet has powder all over the place.

Lipstick broken took 1 and a half months to come

I had written to customer service about product quality issue for a gloss I had. I was told that because it was more than 2 weeks they would do nothing. Most stores are at least 30 days if not more especially during this pandemic have been more forgiving. I was shut down twice without any options at all. I am so disappointed in the service I received.

maybe make it clear on your website that german customers won't be getting their orders delivered to their homes because of Corona guidelines. packages that you have to pay custom fees for have to be picked up at a Deutsche Post office (since they don't want their postal workers to have to deal with the "money issue" "unprotected at peoples homes"). Also with the custom fees and the fact that Deutsche Post wants 6 Euros extra delivery fees even though they won't even be delivering the packages to your door and you have to drive a town over to get the package is ridiculous. Unless Colourpop starts caring more about international customers and maybe opens up a European distribution center/warehouse or works together with for example Sephora Europe, I won't purchase directly from Colourpop again, I might maybe buy from resellers but that's it.

I ordered the colourpop eyeliner vault. It’s around $80-90 I believe? So I was expecting really nice liners. I personally wasn’t a fan of the quality for such a high price. Not only that but if it’s going to be called a vault and be so pricey, I expected better packaging. But it’s just flimsy cardboard which means I have no real storage for them once it’s out of the package. Normally with things you order that have multiple products with it, such as the 12 or so colored eyeliners, you would have sturdier packaging for it. So overall I was unhappy with the product. I’ve used it about twice and now it kinda just sits and collects dust on my shelf. So upsetting! I was really looking forward to them and the wide variety of colors. But as for Colourpop, this is their only product I have tried so I would give them another chance. I haven’t had experience with their customer service so I have no opinion on that. But the package came in good condition, nothing was broken or damaged. The product I happened to ordered just wasn’t what I was expecting which left me disappointed.

my sister ordered an eyeshadow palette from you guys a month ago and it arrived damaged and completely unusable. she contacted you directly, providing pictures of the damaged product, and was ignored, and then tried via your instagram and was told she would be mailed a replacement. it’s been over a month and she’s gotten nothing. i used to like ordering from you guys but if this is really your customer service i won’t be ordering anything from you again.
