I have been ordering since at least lockdown. Once I had my order cancelled on the ulta card with no explanation. Now after my last recent order I thought I ordered the latte pallet but received petals on pointe? I was told I can’t exchange, return, or refund and it took repeated emails to get that information and now it’s all 75% off to boot? At least ulta and target allow returns even if used. Why did it cost the same price as my pallet for shipping when I live in the the same county you’re in? Your products were great which is why I was a repeat customer till now.

I never received my package

It took a month for my items to arrive and they didn’t even send me the main thing I wanted

I have been ordering Colourpop lipsticks for quite some time now and the quality of the products has declined in quality over the past few times I have ordered. Unfortunately I will be looking for a new brand.

My order didn’t move for 1 month and then i had to contact Colourpop to cancell it. Now I hope the refund process to my credit card goes well

I tried ordering 2 times and it got cancelled both times with no specific reason. The worldwide free shipping didn’t work too on the order detailed. So disappointed because I did order twice in the past and couldn’t get my products I needed.

I received my blush broken 😫
