Love all your products however I was pretty disappointed I signed up for the newsletter to obtain my 10% discount code but never received it. While going back and forth from my email acct to my checkout cart an item was pulled from my cart and I was unable to purchase it even though it was already in my cart!!!! So I lost an item and never got my discount code.

Lovely products, they are sooo great for the price and really do hold up to my expectations. The products are smaller than I had hoped, but that can be expected since they are so inexpensive. It did take over a week for them to arrive, but that didn't matter to me, just something to note. Overall, I'm very happy!

i thought the 10% off code would work on ANY of my first purchases but your iten has to be $20 or more for it to work. that kinda sucked but other than that i love colourpop and their low prices

I have been using the mascara for a while now. My first two I got were Pink Inc and Purple Prose, both in the white tubes. Love them! A couple of weeks ago I bought a replacement of Purple Prose and tried to new colors, Wine O’clock and Plum and Get It, both in colored tubes. The Wine O’clock was completely dried out. I got a replacement tube right away, which was great! But the replacement tube is also dried out. The Plum and Get It is also a bit dried out. The Purple Prose is awesome! I don’t know if the formula is different for the mascara that comes in the colored tubes or or if I just happened to get a bad batch. The mascara and the white tubes have always been great. I am going to add a couple drops of saline solution to the dried out mascaras to see if that brings them back to life.

Great prices and quality, but a lot of beloved items disappear from the website after some time. In addition, not all items are listen in a category. For example I’ve noticed some super shock shadows can only be found under the “collaboration” section, but when I got to the super shock shadow section It’s not there. Same with all the other products.

Fast, inexpensive service for such amazing products! Love the wide range of things available and I also love the site it’s easy to use and so cute. My only complaint is they retire a lot of good products too soon.
