I ordered in April and still have not received tracking for my order even though distribution centers have been opened back up for a couple weeks now. It just says processing.

I have yet to receive a package that I ordered approximately two months ago and you now want me to write a review. This is quite perplexing.

I have not received my order that I paid for months ago and your asking me for a review on something I paid for and never received. You stole my money. I have asked for a refund and never received it or the products that I paid for. Can I please have my money back. I never received the product. Thieves!!!!!

How can I review a product I purchased a month and a 1/2 ago if it hasn’t even shipped out, let alone be delivered yet? My money was taking right away though.

I was charged by the amount of my purchase on April 11th and until now the order status says pending and no answers about a estimating shipping date or anything.

I placed my order 6 weeks ago with no update. Received a mass produced eMail 3 weeks ago stating they are resuming shipping. Still no further updates. When I emailed customer service, the response I received was the same massed produced email from 5/3. Now I am being asked to review my order and I still haven’t received it.
