All of the colors are gorgeous, and coverage from the colors is fantastic as well. Shipping was also VERY timely. Frankly, I'd actually give this a 4.5 rating if possible. My only complaint is that one pan doesn't seem to be fully in the palette, but it hasn't popped out or anything, it's just a little loose.

I LOVE CP! I love the quality I love the price. I love the people behind it. I love the people they collab with(KL for life!) BUT I only like the website. I feel like the tabs can be confusing now bc theres multiple sister brands and so now I gotta go through what seems like a maze of tabs to find a makeup product. I also don’t love that Apple Pay isn’t an option if you’re using a discount code. So the convenient option is there but I can never use it bc I typically have a discount code to use. Also some products such as the zodiac single shadows come with the compact(you don’t have to add it afterwards) HOWEVER it doesn’t say that anywhere. So me who really wanted the compact added the compact to my cart when it asked after. And once it arrived I ended up with the original zodiac one I wanted and another plain one I didn’t want. Also I feel like the new lip swatches are not a good representation of the colors for lux lips. Idk if you’re using lip liners but the color on their lips vs the swatches on arms or from influencers aren’t the same. Most influencers swatches look the same but none look like the lip swatches posted on the CP website. The old swatches, from I think Mesi Jesi lips, were more accurate to the colors(of the ones I’ve purchased). Also I love how you guys are expanding your PR to different kinds of influencers(like magicbymuses) but don’t forget about the people we actually watch(real makeup youtubers! Like Makeupbytreenz or Oh!mglashes). Everyone loves what you guys are doing! Thank you!! Sorry this is so long. I’ve had a lot to say for a while and have not been asked to do a survey from you guys! 😊

I love colourpop! It’s one of my favorite brands, I love the quality and the range of products and colors available. I gave 4 stars however due to the shipping, I have had issues in the past but besides that it’s a great product!!

Love your products and ordering online was super easy! I could not apply 10% off code that I got for signing up via email nor could I apply the free shipping code. Not sure why, but that was pretty frustrating. Would have saved me some moula!!!

ColourPop quality is exceptional, the only drawback is the customer service, who are often rude and unhelpful. Other than that it’s amazing!

Wish had more selection during sale times

I am always so happy with Colourpop's products and service. Unfortunately the promo code for free shipping didn't work which was a bummer, but otherwise everything is 10/10!

Love the products, clear set up and easy to navigate. The only thing that I think could be improved is the swatches available for each product. Some have lots of swatches, some just have color ones and not on actual models, some have none. Consistency would be really helpful. Additionally, having a comparative method between colors would be really cool to, to see how products you like or are considering compare in color/formula/etc.
