Haven’t receive my order and its been a month since i order it

There seems to be no one to contact for customer service. I have sent multiple emails and received one automated response, which did not address my question at all. Horrible service. 2 Months later and I have yet to receive my products or have any update whatsoever. Will never order again.

I’d give zero stars if I could. Please understand that I’m writing this during COVID-19. However, it’s been a month and a half since I placed my order and I still have not received my order. It’s a little ridiculous. Then I’m being asked to give a review on products I have not received....? Ok.

Horrible service. Had to wait a month to find out the status of my purchase. Requested a refund. They refunded me 10 days later. Would not buy from this site again

I love colourpop and I understand the conditions because of corona but this is unacceptable. Today is May 27th and I ordered my four item package APRIL 15th. This is far to dragged out and I just want my package. I ordered three pairs of lashes and a concealer. I just want my things to arrive before I get charged as well.

Worst experience Ive had with this company and in general. Over a month I ordered and I figured the wait would be long due to covid which was fine but I received an email during lockdown a week after ordering stating my order had been shipped. 2-3weeks later still no package, but from past experience have had my packages from colourpop shipped with in a week or two. So I sent them an email that I hadn’t received it and someone replied back saying the order had not been shipped yet. I then requested for a refund as it clearly stated that I still have time to cancel for a refund which I did. No one had got back to me after 5 emails, only to receive an email from them this morning that it had FINALLY BEEN SHIPPED. The lack of service and communication has put me off from ordering from colourpop AGAIN! So unprofessional from you to disregard my email and block my email address as I couldnt reply to anymore emails & received a message saying “this email has been blocked by Colourpop” 🖕🏽🖕🏽 Big F you
