Good products. Good price. Shipping could be better

Great experience with ordering, because they will give free international shipping over 50$ orders. However, it took around 2 and a half weeks to get what I had ordered. But the price and quality is definitely there

I really like the website. Super easy to use. The only thing I wish I could do is expand the photos. Especially on the photos that show the colors on different skin shades.

I've been buying things from Colourpop for a few years now and I love the quality of their products. They release so many new products quite frequently so it's a little overwhelming as a consumer but they honestly excel at making each new launch interesting and like it's something I need in my collection! (but I don't really lol)

I really love Colourpop overall: the aesthetics, the quality, and collabs are fantastic. I think though that in the last couple months they have been pricing themselves out of my "comfort zone" of being a broke college student/frugal make-up enthusiast in general. There are just a hundred other brands that fall into the same affordable-but-great-quality category that Colourpop is losing the edge on. I used to be able to get great deals and feel fulfilled by getting a full face look for relatively cheap and now I am just spending $20 min on an eye shadow palette, which is a bit much to me, especially since there are no returns and it is hard to judge the colors of the products themselves. Also, I would greatly appreciate more cool toned items. Other than that I enjoy everything.

Website is user friendly, however sometimes when adding a product in my bag it somehow doubles it... everything else goes smoothly however I wasn’t sure how to use my coupons so I couldn’t save some money.
