I haven’t gotten my pallets but they just shipped it today and I ordered over 1 month ago. Shipping time was slow.

I asked for my item to be returned and refunded before it had shipped and your company completely disregarded my request and shipped it anyway. I had even received an email that day stating I could still get a refund. Won’t be buying from you again

I placed my ordered in on 5/1 and the month is almost over without it shipping yet, or any kind of follow up communication. I even emailed CS for an update with no reply. If they aren’t going to acknowledge customers, then they need to stop accepting orders. It makes me angry.

I ordered a selection of make up on the 16th April it is now the 26 May and my order is still processing not even shipped - I understand that due to covid-19 shipping times and processing time is delayed. However, I don’t think it is unreasonable to be given a time frame of when to expect the order to be shipped. Customer service send out Generic replies which are no help. I have ordered make up from Huda Beauty, Fenty Beauty, Lime Crime, NYX all of which have been able to dispatch within 2 weeks. Very disappointing

I purchased over a month ago and I have not received the items I purchased.

I bought a pallet only to find out AFTER I purchased that you guys had no idea when it would get to me because of Covid-19... That should be a huge disclaimer on the website before purchases are made. Pretty slimey on you guy’s part. Not happy. Now I just hope I get the actual pallet one day and I actually like it. Will see I guess.
