I would like your site more if the shopping cart was easier. I wish you could click on the products in your cart and go to the page that the products are on. Instead, I had to open a separate page to look at each product. I also wish all of the products had pictures with different skin tones as that helps me decide what to get.

Cosmetics are pretty! But the delivery was soooooo slow.

I love the pallets. However I think shipping could be better.

I just placed my order and will be the first time I have tried this brand. I was excited to build my own pallet but a bit disappointed that a few matte shades I was interested in have been sold out for a while. Also wished there was more neutral to cool toned blushes when building the pallet. Overall though my ordering experience was great and I'm excited to receive and try my products.

I had two orders separately last time, one of them shipped efficiently but another one I don’t know what’s going on probably is just my local postal’s problem it came very late. But all the products I ordered are quite nice, both my friend and I were quite satisfied. We love them really well!!!

I really love the eyeshadow pallets I bought, really good and amazing colors. It was kinda hard to know when they were gonna come because it was hard to track them.

I will get my one complaint out of the way first: I do not like the fact that you have to log in/enter checkout in order to review your basket or edit the cart. It is inconvenient, and a lot of people could interpret it to be a little shady. Otherwise, the shopping and checkout process were fine.

Products and collection is good. Would like it if the sold out products were restocked now and then though.
