The website wasn't very user friendly. It would open consistently if I made any changes.

I was expecting for the colors to already be in the palettes. I thought the palettes would be bigger also so that bummed me out but other then that I like the palettes

I love how colourpop is affordable and make good quality products. The only brand I'm willing to shop online for. Everything I've ordered in the past works and looks exactly the same as shown on the website.

I love your products so much! very pigmented and happy, cruelty-free colours. One of the ways you can improve, is by using less plastic with your orders.

I would just really appreciate a “build your own pallet” in a smaller form, or multiple sizes and not just one. But besides that everything was great!

I wish that Colourpop included on skin swatches of all their products. I hate having to shop with two windows open so I can Google the swatches that other people have posted. Other than that, great products and very reasonable prices. I love the ultrablotted lip in Doozy. It is literally the only lip product that I have ever used up entirely and I am about to be 39.
