The eyeshadow is terrible. I have used water and setting spray to try transferring more color and nothing works.

They need better customer service and a number where they can be reached for orders

I received my package late and on the top of that more than one lipstick was damaged and so liquidy for some reason!!!

I recently purchased the colourpop make up brushes and was very disappointed. They came in a carrying case that was very cheap and had an awful chemical smell. The brushes are very dense and the hairs fall out. I would not recommend this product, definitely cheap brushes, not worth the money paid for them.

Got a mystery box and was super excited. Little did I know i would get dry items they cannot sell. Customers service does not help.

I paid for expedited shipping off 3-5 days and it took over a week to get to me.
