ColourpopReviews of colourpop.com

I truly love colourpop super affordable and high quality makeup. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is due to not receiving the correct color when ordering eyebrow pencils and this happened 3 times. Colourpop was good about sending me the correct one and a free eyeshadow for the delay so over all I will keep returning!

The webpage kept stating discount codes and coupons could be entered during shipping selection step, but there was nowhere to enter.

99% of the time always on point. Only had one highlighter arrive at my house broken in all 4 or 5 years of buying from them.

I was very excited to order my first really nice pallet. I wanted to customize it and everything. So I picked out the 12 shade customizable pallet and decided I was okay that I couldn't choose the pattern of the outside of the case. So then I went through the colors at the selection was wonderful and in the end I was soo excited with my choices. The delivery was also wonderful because of the texting/tracking feature. It was like waiting for Christmas because the colors I chose were so beautiful and I'm trying to get into makeup. When it got here I was just a but disappointed though. I decided I was okay that they were magnetic pans. I didn't realize it, but maybe I missed the details. So I decided I would have fun arranging them in the pallet. But most disappointing is that the shades Flowerboy and Labyrinth were extremely dark. Flowerboy at least looked semi like the pic online, but Labyrinth is almost brown like a cross between the two colours in front and behind it online. I had picked those as peachy nude pink colors as potential base colors, but they are not at all what I expected. Lastly I haven't tried the glitters yet, but I'm a little worried. I hope that they apply smoothly and not too chunky. They looked super smooth online. And Teagarden is beautiful online and in real life, but it's greener in real life than the gold tint I saw. Moral of the story is that I have to be careful ordering makeup online, even from the wonderful colourpop. I would love it if I could perhaps order two free colors, Tiki and Hear Me Out. And I would recommend fixing the pictures for Labyrinth and Flowerboy to reflect their true colours. Thank you again for wonderful service.

Easy to navigate through site. I love the pictures, sparkle and color palates shown on different skin tones.

Colourpop is one of the few brands where everything I've bought I absolutely love 95% of it! Its packaging is cute and minimal but the product is always amazing at such a low price! I've bought pallets that where 1/4 of the price of high end and it's out performed high end stuff everytime or it's just as good! You can't go wrong with colourpop period!

I wasn’t able to put in my discount code. It said to put it in the information or shipping area. I kept going back and forth and no luck. A little frustrating but looking forward to the product. Just wish that I could have used my discount code as a first time site customer.

Love the quality of all the colour pop products. Shipping is pretty quick considering I’m in Australia. My only constructive feedback is that when I’m shopping on my phone, when I try to view my cart it won’t let me scroll down and I can’t see what’s in there unless I start the checkout process. Sometimes I’ve had to delete everything and start again which is annoying
