The products are awesome, however the site NEEDS a way to show the Canadian prices right in your cart. Getting my cart all full and ready to go, only to make it to checkout and find that with conversion you’re tacking on an extra $30-$60.... that’s always a hard thing to swallow, and honestly has made me abandon entire carts of stuff in the past. Either that, or I spend way too long scouring the internet for discount codes to help ease the bite a little bit

The page look great but it would be nice to have more swatches of the products available

Super easy site. Only complaint was i subscribed and got a promo code for 10% off. But it did not let me apply the code to get the discount.

This site was easy to navigate but did not provide any place to put in my 10% discount code in the information or shipping pages as instructed. In fact, there wasn't any place on any page to put it so I couldn't receive my discount. I had to forego purchasing an item because of that. I was pretty disappointed.

I wish there were better pictures of the product for everything not just a few

I like colourpop products, they are good quality, cheap and the packaging is beautiful. However, I have been highly disapointed by the customer service. One of my item arrived broken and I haven't been sent a replacement but a credit. I find it extremely unfair as it pushed for consumption instead of fixing an issue, I hope Colourpop will change this policy as I am afraid of not buying in the future if an other item comes damaged. Other brands do offer that customer service support. Thank you.

The checkout reprocess made my enter all my information in twice so that made me a little weary. But I’m excited to try out the pallets!

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE MAKE SHADE SAMPLES I would absolutely love to pay $5 for a shade sampler so that way I can find my color before ordering. I'm going out on a limb here ordering - I even drove 80 miles to the nearest Ulta that stocked colourpop only to find out that the SHADES ARE DIFFERENT FOR DIFFERENT CONCEALERS *internal screaming*
