Honest experience- received palettes, I have a couple including the Frida Kahlo palette anyways- the product is well thought of straight to the point- great shades always (so hard to chose) Shades are on point and they are labeled a little too dusty but you get what you paid for and more, because the product works and the shades are usually well put together and they are even named- what more to ask for

Love colourpop but what the heck?!? I tried using discount code "Freeship" didn't let me said something about putting it in with shipping information and didn't let me do it so I was charged the shipping price. Kind of sad honestly but I know the products will be worth it, just disappointed.

A lot of the things I’ve ordered from colourpop are very hit and miss nowadays. I spent almost 70$ on the rainbow eyeliner colors and honestly maybe two work, the others are super dry and just disappointing. Their prices have gone up as they’ve grown in popularity but I feel like the quality has gone down. They release so much new stuff they don’t worry about how good it is. I ordered some of the colorful eyeshadow pallets on a bit of hope because of the reviews but if they don’t work as well as I hope, this may be the last order I place and that’s super disappointing since I’ve been ordering since colourpop was launched as a brand....

I love ColourPop and their website set up. The products are great quality for an affordable price. I love the Afterpay option too. My only reason for 4 and not 5 stars is the delivery time and shipping times. If I could choose 4.5 stars I would. It's not a deal breaker, but there are competitors that ship faster.

Easy to use , got 10% off my Oder that was great, have not gotten item but only ordered a day ago

Looking for items can sometimes be confusing, but once I get used to it, it’s easy and I can usually find what I look for under the search bar.

Love the products but as the company has grown - the customer service has become difficult to deal with. And the lack of urgency is a problem as well. Rather than continuing to push out a new product every week, I think customer service & urgency should be the main focus. My average wait time for an order is 7-10 which is entirely too long if I’m being honest. By then, my desire for the product has dissipated.
