My Midnight Masquerade palette arrived…
My Midnight Masquerade palette arrived without any eyeshadow in it. I contacted support and provided photos and my order number. The first email I received asked for my order number which I already provided. The entire exchange I was referred to by my email address instead of my name. I was offered a coupon for the price which expires in 4 months. This normally would have been fine but the item I ordered was out of stock along with 80% of the website. Given the pandemic and riots I am doubtful the items would be in stock in time to use the coupon. I was eventually offered a refund which I have accepted and am now waiting to receive. Overall I am surprised at the poor handling of the situation and feel Colourpop did the bare minimum to make things right. I have been ordering items for the past couple of years but this makes me truly rethink future orders.
