The product that I first order came n a reasonable time .with no issue .

I really enjoyed my make your own palette. The only reason I gave it a 4 and not a 5 is because some of the colors looked a little bit different online than they did when they arrived.

Lovely products and good quality, I took off a star because shipping to the Netherlands was a HUGE drama, the package got lost and they gave me to option to resend it or refund it, but if I choose resending and it got lost again I would not get my money back, I really wanted to try colourpop after all the good things I heard from RawBeautyKristi so I chose the resend option, which thank god arrived but one of the things was out of stock, so they gave me a $10 coupon on their website to use before january 1st, which I used now to buy what was missing and I also bought some more eyeshadow palettes with it, I really hope the shipping issues were a one time thing and I have my fingers crossed everything goes well this time with shipping because I do adore the products that I have tried

The website was fine and easy to navigate. The only thing was the no filter concealers. I was trying to find my shade but when I clicked on a color the image came up blurred, making it hard to see it. Fingers crossed I picked the right shade.

Protects and customer service are great. I use this company's products everyday and many of them at that. Though, I gave them 4 stars for 3 reasons: 1. Shipping / processing time. Colourpop has a pretty lengthy wait time for your products, it can get close to 2 weeks even, and I live in the US. I'd be curious to know the average wait time for an international order. 2. Sometimes you can either receive the wrong item; ie the wrong size magnetic palette. Or have items not show up all together, though they're on the packing slip. But as I said customer service is great with fixing the occasional mistake. 3. Rising prices, especially with items that previously existed before the price change. As I said I'm a huge Colourpop user and I tend to save up and make small orders over time. This is especially true for the Disney collections. I noticed that they're newest collaboration was a bit more expensive this time, which is fine, I'll do what I always do and save for the things I like. But then I realized Colourpop had upped the prices of every other "older" collaboration they've had Disney or not, but Disney especially, by $1-$3. No that doesn't seem like a lot but it adds up very quickly. And for someone who is a collector and saves up ect., seeing price changes when I go to make my next order that I wouldn't notice if I wasn't paying attention, is kind of disheartening. Especially because I view them as so affordable and such a good brand... At the end of the day I recommend them, I love them, they're a great company. But the new sneaky price changes that most likely will not stop rub me the wrong way, and shipping time is something to think about when placing an order.

Prices are great, but I haven’t had any luck using discount codes. I was excited to try out a 15% discount sent via message from my sister, but when clicking the link to get the discount it said I couldn’t. Very disappointing. This is my first time purchasing from Colour Pop, checkout was fast and easy.

The website was easy to navigate. Prices seem comparable and good. Products are bew to me so I will find out if they are worth the hype. Next up, how quickly my order gets processed and delivered.
