I wish that there was a negative stars option for how horrible this experience was. I would go in to help awful even speaking to customer service was via email, but suffice it to say that all they do is make excuses for why your order takes about two months to get to you. It's atrocious and they lost a customer, I will never ever purchase from this website again.

I paid 52 dollars for skin care products over a month ago and they still havent shipped it. I buy online a lot and another company which is based literally in the same state as colourpop sent my products and they already got here around two weeks ago. I also tried to geta refund but no reply, already four days waiting.
